The Burlington Appeals Committee is an administrative tribunal established by City Council in August 2025 (DGM-57-25).  The Appeals Committee hears appeals from decisions issued by the City related to it’s Licensing By-laws.  It also hears appeals from orders issued by the City related to it’s Property Standards By-law. The Appeals Committee makes final decisions that are not reviewed by City Council.
