Join us for our Spring Zero Waste Drop-Off on Saturday, May 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Burlington Centre (parking lot - corner of Guelph Line & Fairview).
Held in partnership with Burlington Centre and Tech Genius Burlington, this community event supports a circular economy by helping items get repaired, reused, or responsibly recycled. A free giveaway will be available for the first 50 drop-offs.
Accepted materials include electronics (excluding large appliances), batteries, ink and toner cartridges, and more. TerraCycle Zero Waste bins will also be available for hard-to-recycle items such as chip bags, candy wrappers, masks, used PPE, and small filters, along with a ChopValue collection bin for wooden chopsticks.
Community members are encouraged to gather items from home, workplaces, or neighbourhood networks to maximize impact.
