Join us for a free public event celebrating the arrival of spring and Burlington’s sister city partnership with Itabashi, Tokyo.  We plan an afternoon of Japanese music, dance and martial arts demonstrations.  Performers include Nagata Shachu, Sakuramai Toronto, Suzuran Odori, and Do Kon Daiko.  Then enjoy a short walk to the lake front Spencer Smith Park to appreciate the sakura blossoms.  We look forward to welcoming you.
