In celebration of Earth (Day) Week, Burlington residents are invited to bring in their broken/damaged small household appliances and other mechanical items and our volunteers will help you fix those items keeping them in use and out of the landfill....

In celebration of Earth (Day) Week, Burlington residents are invited to bring in their broken/damaged small household appliances and other mechanical items and our volunteers will help you fix those items keeping them in use and out of the landfill. There is no charge for this service, however if a special part is needed, the resident is expected to bring it in. Also, simple textile repairs (no alterations) for rips or tears in garments and other cloth items can be done. Please send us an email to explain what you wish to bring in and schedule a time on the day. Thank you Burlington Public Library for hosting this event.
