·       Bousfields Inc is hosting a pre-application community meeting to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the site located at 1376-1382 Plains Rd E.

·       The proposed development would consist of a 25-storey mixed use building with approximately 284 residential units, including a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.
