Evans Planning Inc. is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting on behalf of the property owners to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the site located at 141, 147 and 153 Plains Road West, Burlington.
The proposed concept for development of the subject lands provides for a mixed use development consisting of one 11 storey building containing 131 residential units and 143 square metres of ground floor retail. The proposed development will have a gross floor area of 11,640 square metres (+/-125,292 square feet) and a floor area ratio of approximately 4.8:1.
