Come learn about this service that coordinates care in the home for anyone who has the need.  From PSW, physio, VON services to assisting in transition and long term care, we all benefit from knowing more about this work.  Our speakers will be giving a presentation on using and obtaining OHIP covered services as well as holding a Q and A.

Bring a bag lunch, we'll provide coffee, tea and water.
