Start Your Canada Day with Energy and End It with a Bang!
9:00 a.m. – Kick off the day with the VRPRO Canada Day 5K Run. Pre-registration required.
Noon – Free Yoga in the Park at the Compass near the West Lawn
Noon - 4 p.m. – Kids Zone: a lively space packed with entertainment and activities! Enjoy interactive sing-alongs, juggling acts, and rock & roll jam sessions throughout the day.
Don’t miss a special appearance by the BTTB Drum Corps at 2:20 p.m. in the Kids Zone.
Noon - 10 p.m. – Food & Marketplace vendors
4:00 p.m. - Opening Ceremonies led by the Burlington Teen Tour Band
6:00 p.m. – Burlington's own Lucky Honey kicks off the evening
8:00 p.m. – My Son The Hurricane
9:40 p.m. approx. – Drone Show
10:00 p.m. approx. – Fireworks Finale
Free Canada Day Shuttle:
To ensure seamless transportation to and from the festival, our FREE Canada Day shuttle service will commence from Burlington Centre in front of the Old Navy Entrance at 12 p.m., running on a continuous loop until 11:30 p.m., transporting guests to and from Downtown Burlington (430 John Street).
Tap and ride from anywhere in Burlington to the festival using Routes 2, 3, 4, and 10. Seniors (65 and over), children (12 and under), and youth (13-19) ride for free when using a PRESTO card. Burlington Transit will operate on a regular weekday schedule on Canada Day, not a holiday schedule. Plan your trip and enjoy the festivities with ease by using Google Maps on your favourite transit app.
