SmartCentres (Calloway REIT (Burlington Appleby) Inc.) is proposing to add additional permitted uses to the plaza located at the northeast corner of Dundas Street and Appleby Line in the City of Burlington (3011, 3019, 3023, 3027, 3035, 3047, 3051 Appleby Line).
The proposal does not propose any new buildings. Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications are required to permit the following uses: • Grocery Store / Supermarket • Department Store
