On behalf of the owner, Corbett Land Strategies Inc. is hosting a virtual pre-application consultation meeting to discuss a proposal to amend the City’s Zoning By-law for the lands located at 105 and 109 Plains Road East. This meeting is to discuss and gather public input regarding the proposed development. The owner is proposing to construct a 6-storey mixed use building with 60 residential units and 123 m2 of ground floor non-residential uses. The proposed residential units are a mix of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom plus den. The proposed development will have 60 parking spaces 1 level of underground parking and 1,320 m2 of amenity area.
During the meeting the owner’s consulting team will provide an overview of the proposal and City Planning staff will provide an overview of the development application review process. There will be a question and answer period at the end of the presentation. The Mayor and Ward Councilor will be in attendance to listen to the discussion.
