Event Details

Weston Consulting on behalf of Lockwood Auto Group Inc.  has made applications to amend the Official Plan Designation and Zoning for the property located at 2362 Fairview Street.  These applications request permission for a 13 storey mixed use building. The proposed development includes 307m² community space and 247 m² of retail space on the ground floor fronting Fairview Street. There will be a mix of one, two and three bedroom residential units resulting in a total of 338 residential units. A total of 7,731 m² of amenity space (indoor and outdoor) is proposed.
