The City of Burlington and Halton Region will be facilitating improvements in the Prospect Street area in 2024, 2025, and 2026. Halton Region will be replacing the existing water and wastewater mains, and services. City work includes protected bikeways and the replacement of existing curb and roadway asphalt, sidewalk works, localized storm sewer repairs, and street lighting upgrades and installation of Protected Intersections.

This public information center is being held to provide residents and business owner’s general information about the Prospect Street protected bikeway facilities and lane reduction impacts. Impacts to driveways and access throughout the project duration will be discussed at a future public information session. If you have specific questions about your specific property, please email the Project Manager (robert.stuart@burlington.ca) to address your concerns.
