MHBC Planning is hosting a pre-application community meeting on behalf of the property owners to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the site located at 1026 Cooke Boulevard, Burlington.
The proposed development of the subject lands features a 29 storey mixed use building with 335 residential units and 370 square metres of ground floor retail. The proposal will have a total of 316 parking spaces (231 residential parking spaces and 85 visitor parking spaces) in four levels of underground parking.
