MacNaughton Hermsen Britton Clarkson Planning Limited (“MHBC”) and North Stone Capital Partners are hosting a pre-application community meeting to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the site located at 1393 Graham’s Lane.
The development proposal includes three residential buildings with heights ranging from 9 to 20 storeys. The western boundary and central portion of the Subject Lands will be occupied by landscaped outdoor amenity space. A total of 628 units are proposed, varying in size from studio units to 3 bedroom units. The proposal will provide 597 vehicle parking spaces, including 94 visitor parking spaces. Access to the development is provided through an existing driveway along Grahams Lane. In order to develop the site with the proposed residential use, it will be necessary to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for the Subject Lands.
